Real Reason Why Kevin Owens Was Pulled From Big Appearance During WrestleMania 42 Week
Kevin Owens fans will have to wait to see their favourite star as his WWE World appearance has been cancelled.
WWE: World will take place in the week leading into WrestleMania 42 and will reportedly have many current and past stars feature in it and have fan interactions.
It is the ultimate fan experience created by WWE, and one of the major WWE stars who was set to show up at the event was Kevin Owens.
Owens has been out of action since April last year, rehabilitating a serious neck injury he suffered on a SmackDown episode that required surgery. The injury forced him to pull out of his WrestleMania 41 match against Randy Orton, and he was replaced by Joe Hendry.
A rough return date to the ring for Owens could be at the end of 2026, but he was slated to appear at WWE World in the build-up to WrestleMania 42. However, that appearance has now been cancelled.
Kevin Owens Will Not Be At WWE World
It was announced about a month ago that Kevin Owens would make an appearance at WWE World. However, the appearance has since been cancelled, and a notice was issued about it addressed to the fan who had gotten the opportunity to get an autograph from the WWE star.
Dear fan, Kevin Owens is no longer able to make it to WWE World at WrestleMania 42. Unfortunately, this means your photo op or autograph has been canceled.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select later clarified that Owens not making an appearance at the event was nothing major, but it was simply because WWE didn’t think it was a good time yet.
I was told that him being pulled from WWE World isn’t anything salacious. It just wasn’t a good time, so they pulled him.
WrestleMania 42 takes place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on the 18th and 19th of April.
