Jey Uso Names Two WWE Stars That Could Beat Roman Reigns

Jey Uso Roman Reigns WWE Money In The Bank

Jey Uso has revealed which two WWE Superstars he believes could topple Roman Reigns to lift the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

The 38-year old has held Tag Team Championship gold on ten occasions in WWE but is currently focusing on a singles run on Raw having been traded to the red brand in September 2023 following defeat to cousin Roman Reigns during Tribal Combat at SummerSlam.

Reigns is approaching 1200 days at the top of the mountain in WWE but in a recent interview with Mail Sport, ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso revealed two men he feels could end the record-breaking run:

‘I’d like to keep it in the family. I think Solo could be the next tribal chief but he’s got a little growing to do. But who knows? Maybe Sami Zayn could come back into it?”

Uso expanded on his answer, highlight the all round qualities that Sami Zayn brings to WWE as a performer:

“Sami is actually one of the top performers. Besides maybe The Miz, Sami is my favourite wrestler.

‘If you pay attention to all of his promos and the way he acts, backstage, he’s top tier man. I like to think my acting skills are alright, he’s crisp. He’s it.”

Jey Uso Has High Praise For Solo Sikoa

Jey Uso would go on to discuss the fun he has performing with his family members and reserved special mention for younger brother Solo Sikoa.

Sikoa made his main roster debut with a shock interference during Roman Reigns’ victory over Drew McIntyre at Clash At The Castle in 2022 and Uso believes the young Superstar has a big future:

‘I say it to Solo sometimes, when you go out there just embrace what’s going on. I mean, being in Maddison Square Garden with everyone throwing the one’s up – I appreciate it, man.

‘Solo is a top performer. He’s like a sponge, he gets it. All you got to do is tell him one time, it clicks with him. He’s going to go real far in the business, like I said he’s got a little growing to do though.’
