Jelly Roll’s role on SmackDown this Friday has now been confirmed.

Musician Jelly Roll appeared in a pre-recorded video on last Friday’s SmackDown episode, where he congratulated Randy Orton on his Elimination Chamber victory and then talked about the Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes WWE Title situation.

WWE announced that Jelly Roll would be appearing live on SmackDown in its next episode, but a new update has emerged on what the Grammy-winning musician’s role will be.

The Miz posted on Threads and X, confirming that Jelly Roll will be interviewed on his show, Miz TV.

“Tomorrow a Special Edition of Miz TV, my guest… JELLYROLL Music superstar. Chart-topper. Sold-out arenas everywhere.

But tomorrow he enters the one arena he’s never been in before… The Miz TV interview chair.

“SmackDown. Tomorrow. USA Network. It’s going to be AWESOME.”

Jelly Roll was last seen wrestling in a WWE ring last year at SummerSlam alongside Randy Orton in a tag match against Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul, a match Jelly Roll’s team lost.

The Miz Nearly Gets Cursed By Danhausen On WWE SmackDown

The latest star to sign with WWE, Danhausen, was revealed as the person inside the mystery crate that the company had teased leading up to Elimination Chamber.

Danhausen bumped into SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis and said he was looking for a mentor. Aldis gave the responsibility to The Miz, who has been mentoring wrestlers.

Miz wasn’t too happy about mentoring Danhausen, but he had no choice, as Danhausen threatened to curse him if he didn’t, by reminding Miz of Dominik Mysterio losing his IC Title on Raw last week after getting cursed by the new star.

Jelly Roll’s appearance on Miz TV could involve Danhausen now that something is brewing between all 3 stars.
