Jade Cargill appeared at WWE Fastlane with her new boss Triple H on hand to welcome her to the show.
Ever since it was announced on September 26th when Jade Cargill officially signed with WWE, the company has done a lot of things to make it feel like a big deal. The announcers have talked about her a lot, they have shown pictures of her training at the WWE Performance Center and treated it like a big deal.
Often times when WWE signs a free agent, they don’t make a big deal about it and they only debut that person when they feel the time is right. In Jade Cargill’s case, the company is telling you that the former AEW TBS Champion is a megastar
During the WWE Fastlane Kickoff Show in Indianapolis, Jade Cargill was shown arriving in a car. When she got out of the car, there were a lot of cameras present and the WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque was there to greet her. They shook hands and walked into the building together.

Triple H runs WWE from a creative standpoint while he’s also in charge of signing talent, so he’ll have a big say regarding Cargill’s future.
At the WWE Fastlane post-show press conference, Triple H was asked about when we might see more of Jade Cargill in WWE.
“When she’s ready to blow the roof off everything we do. There is one thing that I am, it’s patient for stuff like this. Her ability and rise has been incredibly quick.”
“This is a different system. A different level of everything. What doesn’t exist elsewhere, does exist here, that opportunity to learn at a different level and get to a different place, that’s just the way it is. One thing I’ve learned about her in the short time I’ve known her is that she’s ready for it all. She’s ready to dig in, she’s ready to work her ass off.”
“She wants to be the best. When I talked about the team, she’s ready to be on this team and drive everybody on the team. It’s exciting to see.”
Triple H believes Jade Cargill will be a “huge” star in WWE
As he continued, Triple H spoke about how there are people that work for all three of WWE’s brands – Raw, Smackdown & NXT – that want Jade Cargill on their show.
“The thing you don’t want to do is put them in a position that they are sort of ready for. You want to make damn sure they’re ready. No matter what happens, she’s going to knock it out of the park. When is it? Not sure. Where is she going to go? Not sure.”
“I can tell you this. There are a lot of people internally that are in charge of the brands. Everyone wants her. Everyone is chomping at the bit to work with her. I think that’s going to create some incredible programming. When she’s ready, she’s going to be huge. We had eyes on her before.”
“She took a different path. It was an amazing path for her and exposed her to the world and a great opportunity for her. I’m glad she’s done what’s right for her and she’s here now and I look forward to strapping the rocket on her.”
As you can see there, Triple H referenced Jade Cargill’s impressive run in AEW without actually saying AEW by name.
