Result Of Jade Cargill Vs. Rhea Ripley At WWE WrestleMania 42 May Have Been Spoiled
This WWE veteran feels that the company may have already given away the result of one of its main events at WrestleMania 42.
Rhea Ripley won the Elimination Chamber match on Feb 28 and earned her shot at Jade Cargill’s WWE Women’s Title at WrestleMania 42.
The feud between the two began in an unlikely way, with the pair taking personal shots at each other on X, starting an all-out war which other SmackDown stars joined in on as well.
It was the hot topic for a week before Cargill and Ripley met face to face on SmackDown, and instead of tearing each other apart on the mic to continue what they had been saying online as fans expected, they instead complimented each other’s looks and did the usual job of self-praise.
This undwhelmed fans, and a second promo between the two stars on last week’s SmackDown didn’t progress the feud too far ahead either, with Ripley gaining the upper hand slightly this time around.
WWE Veteran Vince Russo believes that the company may have spoiled the winner of the bout at ‘Mania 42, too.
Vince Russo Believes Rhea Ripley Will Emerge Victorious Against Jade Cargill
Russo said on Coach & Bro that he believes Triple H will favor Rhea Ripley over Jade Cargill.
Russo claims that WWE CCO Triple H likes and favors IYO SKY, which means he, in turn, also favors Ripley, who is SKY’s best friend and former tag team partner.
He makes his point by saying that you see Triple H go forehead to forehead with Ripley and never Jade Cargill, citing favoritism backstage.
The reality of the situation, Coach, I don’t think she’s [Jade Cargill] in favor. I think the other girls may be jealous of the way she looks. They may be jealous of the money she is making. We’ve heard Triple H gloat over IYO SKY. And who’s like this with IYO SKY?
