Jade Cargill Elimination Chamber Plans Scrapped By WWE

Jade Cargill could have been involved in a big at Elimination Chamber but now one report says WWE has got cold feet over the idea.

Jade Cargill made her surprise in-ring debut for WWE at the Royal Rumble. Cargill made it to the final three in the women’s Rumble match before she was eliminated by runner-up Liv Morgan. Since then fans have wondered what is next for the star but it seems WWE might not be sure themselves.

Elimination Chamber takes place in Australia on February 24th with two Chamber matches slated for the show. Six men will compete to win a shot at Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania 40 while six women will face off with a shot at the Women’s World Championship on the line.

Jade Cargill Pulled From Elimination Chamber Match By WWE

Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, and Liv Morgan have already qualified for the women’s match but it appeared WWE’s plans for Elimination Chamber had been spoiled. However, a new report has now put that spoiler in doubt as it appears one star won’t be in the match after all.

PWInsider has reported Jade Cargill has been pulled from the match by WWE after the original plans were to see her win the last-chance battle royal to claim the final place. The report notes that it is now believed Cargill won’t be a part of the show at all.

WWE has been teasing a showdown between Becky Lynch and current Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley with the two women being separated at the recent WrestleMania 40 press conference. When fans will see Jade Cargill in the ring again remains to be seen.
