Jade Cargill Could Face WWE Star Seeking Payback At WrestleMania
Jade Cargill became the WWE Women’s Champion in November.
Her first title run commenced after he victory at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where she defeated Tiffany Stratton.
A couple of weeks before the event, Cargill had turned on Stratton after saving her during an attack by Giulia. She then helped Stratton get back on her feet before celebrating with her.
However, she immediately took her out and launched a vicious attack outside the ring. While at it, she also targeted Stratton’s knee by placing it on the steel steps and stomping on it.
At SNME, Stratton walked in with a disadvantage, knowing she was dealing with a bad knee. Fully aware of Stratton’s condition, Jade Cargill worked on her leg before hitting her ‘Jaded’ finisher for the victory.
During a recent episode of Notsam Wrestling, WWE personality Sam Roberts predicted Cargill’s challenger for WrestleMania while settling for a Liv Morgan vs. Raquel Rodriguez match for the Women’s World Championship, with Stephanie Vaquer dropping the title before the Show of Shows.
Then, who’s Jade Cargill’s WrestleMania opponent gonna be? I think you may go back to Tiffany Stratton vs. Jade Cargill in a rematch. [42:33 onwards]
Jade Cargill To Defend WWE Women’s Championship On SmackDown
Jade Cargill has yet to defend her WWE Women’s Championship since winning it at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
While the company has teased multiple opponents for her, every match she has competed in has more or less ended in a squash.
On February 6, Cargill reluctantly teamed up with Jordynne Grace, with whom she had been feuding for weeks, against The Judgment Day’s Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
Later, in a backstage segment, both Cargill and Grace were shown arguing. Aldis then arrived and confirmed Cargill’s first title defense for February 13 taping of the blue brand, with Jordynne Grace as her opponent.
