Jacob Fatu May Align With WWE Star Against Roman Reigns & The Usos

Jacob Fatu is set to challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Backlash.

Last week, Fatu confronted Reigns and demanded that he put the title on the line at the upcoming Premium Live Event. Reigns gave him one week to rethink his request.

However, on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Fatu attacked Reigns, forcing him to accept the challenge. As a result, the two will now clash at Backlash on May 9.

In this rivalry, Roman Reigns has The Usos backing him up, while Fatu is currently alone. However, according to WWE veteran Tommy Carlucci, that could soon change.

Solo Sikoa Might Join Jacob Fatu In His Rivalry Against Roman Reigns And The Usos

Speaking on a recent episode of The Last Word podcast, Carlucci stated that Solo Sikoa could join forces with Jacob Fatu in his rivalry against Roman Reigns and The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso).

He also suggested that the WWE Universe might soon see family vs. family tag team matches between the two sides.

It could be Jacob and Solo getting together. There’s some heat between the MFT and some of their members in there. There’s heat between Solo and a couple of those guys. Maybe you put Solo and Fatu together, and maybe somebody else. Now they start their own kind of click there.

You know what I’m saying? They start their own family thing because we’re forgetting about Solo. Solo can interfere in this match at Backlash. And then The Usos can get involved somehow. And now you have family against family.

You have Jacob Fatu and Solo, and one of the other guys, and then you got The Usos with Roman Reigns. I mean, maybe they’ll do something like that, and they’ll have some tag matches to clear the way for Roman to see who he’s going to wrestle at SummerSlam. (from 38:48)
