Jacob Fatu Snaps On WWE RAW; Takes Out Roman Reigns Ahead Of Backlash
The WWE Universe was waiting for the main event with bated breath as they were waiting to acknowledge their Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, who confirmed that he’d be on the show last week.
The newly crowned World Heavyweight Champion announced on the WrestleMania 42 post-show press conference that he would be available through the summer and came to the ring to answer his cousin, Jacob Fatu.
As the Samoan Werewolf stepped up to the OTC on last week’s episode, Jey Uso urged Roman Reigns that there had to be consequences to his actions, and the champion said that he would address it later tonight during a video segment.
Jacob Fatu challenged Roman Reigns to a match for his World Heavyweight Championship at Backlash, but the OTC hadn’t accepted the challenge yet. He had announced last week that he would give his answer tonight in Laredo, Texas.

Roman claimed that while the World Heavyweight Championship was made to work against him, he has put the spotlight on the championship. He got the title into the main event of WrestleMania and made the title worth acknowledging.
At this point, Fatu had heard enough, and he came out just as the Laredo crowd acknowledged their Tribal Chief. Fatu reiterated his need to win the World Heavyweight Championship before listing down the struggles he had to face to get to this position.
Jacob claimed that neither Roman nor The Usos cared about him but Reigns said that he never forgot about him and signed off on his WWE debut. However, he insisted that Jacob is not yet ready to compete against The OTC.

The Samoan Werewolf snapped after hearing that and surprised the champion by catching him in a chokehold that left Roman laying on the ground before walking away from the ring.
Reigns stopped him and said that he will see him at Backlash, confirming that he’s accepted Fatu’s challenge before Fatu was heard saying that he’s not going to wait till Backlash and will see him next week on WWE RAW.
