Injured WWE Star Looks Absolutely Jacked Amid 8-Month Absence
This WWE and NXT star has been getting in top shape before making her return to the ring.
Zoey Stark, who began her career with NXT in 2021, won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships with teammate Io Shirai(Iyo Sky) but later suffered a severe knee injury (ACL & meniscus tear) near the end of the year, which took her out of action for several months.
After spending one more year in the Women’s title scene in NXT, she got a main roster call, where she was immediately paired with WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus, making a high-profile entry into the big leagues.
She continued wrestling in the mid-card on RAW all the way through 2025, but on May 19th, in a triple threat match against Rhea Ripley and Kairi Sane, she suffered another injury after landing awkwardly on her right knee, forcing her to be out of action indefinitely.
