Inaugural Trios Champions Crowned At AEW All Out

The first-ever AEW World Trios Champions have been crowned at AEW All Out.

During All Elite Wrestling’s All Out pay-per-view, Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, and Nick Jackson of The Elite defeated former AEW World Champion, ‘Hangman’, Adam Page, John Silver, and Alex Reynolds of the Dark Order to become the company’s inaugural Trios World Champions.

The Elite picked up the win after Adam Page lined up Kenny Omega for his patented Buckshot Lariat, but Omega ducked out of the way and Page accidentally walloped Silver, which allowed Omega to roll up Silver for the three-count while the Young Bucks held Page back to secure the victory.

The Elite defeated Andrade El Idolo, Dragon Lee, and Rush in the tournament’s first round before claiming a win over Will Ospreay and Aussie Open in the semi-finals. Meanwhile, Dark Order earned their way to tonight’s final after beating House of Black in the opening round before recruiting Page as their third member after a pair of injuries to ’10’ and Evil Uno. Dark Order would defeat Best Friends, this past Friday on Rampage to secure their spot against The Elite.
