Huge Intergender Match Pitched For Randy Orton In WWE
A rising female WWE Superstar surprisingly named Randy Orton as her dream opponent.
Sol Ruca has been receiving a massive push from WWE following WrestleMania. Her in-ring skills have helped her get over with the fans. The star wasted no time making her mark on the main roster.
On the latest edition of RAW, Ruca confronted new Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, who had just beaten Stephanie Vaquer for the title in Las Vegas. Morgan was in the middle of celebrating with The Judgment Day when Ruca interrupted and praised the champion. Morgan wasn’t having it. She dismissed Ruca, told her she was “no Liv Morgan,” and suggested she leave if she wanted to make it to next year’s WrestleMania. Ruca shot back, and RAW GM Adam Pearce made the match official on the spot.
The match drew “This is awesome” and “Holy sh*t” chants from the Vegas crowd. Ruca landed a Sol Snatcher on the champion, then followed with a springboard dive to the outside that took out Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez. The finish came after Zaria drove Ruca into the ring post, and Morgan finished her with Oblivion for the pinfall victory.

Sol Ruca wants to have a match against Randy Orton
Following the match, Sol Ruca was interviewed on WWE RAW Recap and asked about her dream matches in WWE. The 26-year-old star first named IYO SKY, then pitched an intergender match against Randy Orton, saying she wanted to see if Sol Snatcher is better or RKO. She also added the name of rising star Je’Von Evans.
So, my dream match is IYO SKY. But for this scenario, if it can be anyone, it’d probably be Randy Orton. The RKO, the Sol Snatcher, we’re gonna see whose is better. Maybe throw Je’Von in there too. We can all just go crazy. [H/T WrestleTalk]
It would be interesting to see if the former NXT Women’s North American Champion ever gets a chance to compete in an intergender Match.
