Gunther Wants To Retire 10 Time WWE Champion Next

Gunther is the new ‘Legend Killer’.

In 2025, The Ring General retired two big names: Bill Goldberg and John Cena. Interestingly, both were at Saturday Night Main Events.

Following that, the former World Heavyweight Champion teased a feud against AJ Styles. Given that The Phenomenal One had revealed that he would retire in 2026, fans expected it to be in the latter half of the year.

However, Gunther retired AJ Styles at Royal Rumble, shocking the WWE Universe. So, who is next?

Gunther has ‘The Beast’ in mind

The Ring General appeared on The Morning Shift. He was asked about which career he wanted to kill next. Instead of answering, he asked the question back to the hosts. They said it should be Brock Lesnar. The Ring General agreed, claiming that some people overstay their welcome.
