Freddie Prinze Jr Believes Bray Wyatt Was “Last Attraction” In Wrestling

Bray Wyatt

Former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. has claimed that Bray Wyatt was the “last attraction” in wrestling, comparing him to The Undertaker.

When WWE released Bray Wyatt in July 2021, many in the wrestling world were shocked by the move. Wyatt was a multi-time champion and had many prominent rivalries with top stars during his time with the company but was seemingly let go as part of a series of budget cuts in the company.

One of Bray Wyatt’s many fans is former member of WWE creative Freddie Prinze Jr. On his Wrestling with Freddie podcast, he claimed the star “was the last attraction left in wrestling” and compared him to The Undertaker.

“Everybody wants it. Everybody likes Bray. He was the last attraction left in wrestling. He was actually an attraction, like The Undertaker. There was something magical about him. So we miss him.”

Prinze went on to discuss a potential return for Wyatt at Clash at the Castle, but says he doesn’t thing The Fiend will turn up in Cardiff.

“But every pay-per-view, I hear everyone go, ‘This is the one. Look, there was a hint of him.’ Like no, that was Edge.”

Following a spate of recent returns to WWE, speculation on Wyatt coming back in the near future has ramped up considerably.

In recent weeks, the company’s new Head of Creative, Triple H, has been credited with the returns of Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Dakota Kai, and Dexter Lumis, as well as persuading IYO SKY to remain with WWE.
