Ex-WWE Divas Champion Set For First Match In 5 Years

WWE Women's Division

Former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox is set to step foot into the squared circle for the first time in five years.

Alicia Fox spent nearly 17 years with WWE after penning a developmental contract with the company in 2006, eventually making her main roster debut as a wedding planner for the Edge and Vickie Guerrero wedding on 13th June 2008 edition of SmackDown.

Fox became a mainstay of WWE programming in the years that followed, regularly involved in feuds against the likes of Mickie James and Gail Kim.

The Florida native would capture the WWE Divas Championship on 20th June 2010, defeating Gail Kim, Eve Torres and Maryse to lift the gold at the Fatal 4-Way pay per view. Fox would hold on to the title for 56 days before succumbing to the challenge of Melina at SummerSlam 2010 in Los Angeles.

In the ensuing years, Fox would remain a familiar face on WWE television and went on to star in reality show Total Divas before disappearing from our screens in 2019. Her final WWE bout came in a losing tag team effort against Billie Kay and Peyton Royce alongside partner Tamina, although Fox did appear as a surprise entrant in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble before being released by the company in 2023.

Five years after her last singles bout against Becky Lynch, Fox is now set to return to action billed as Vix Crow. The newly renamed star is set to battle former rival Mickie James at Starrcast’s HER event on April 12 in Ballarat, Australia.
