A major WWE superstar returned to SmackDown recently.

Oba Femi is currently listed as a free agent on the company’s roster, but mostly appears on Raw due to his ongoing feud with Brock Lesnar.

WWE taped the June 22 edition of Raw at the O2 Arena in London, followed by SmackDown the next day at the same venue, which will be streamed on June 26.

After Raw went off air, Seth Rollins took to the ring and addressed the crowd. While at it, he was attacked by The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Austin Theory.

Outnumbered by his rivals, Rollins ate everything the heel duo threw at him. Just when Breakker signaled for a Spear, Oba Femi’s music hit. The Ruler came sprinting to the ring to aid the former World Heavyweight Champion.

After Femi neutralized Breakker and Theory, Rollins challenged them for a tag team match on SmackDown, proposing Femi be his partner.

The bout took place on the blue brand the following day as a dark match, where Oba and Seth defeated Breakker and Theory. Femi had last competed on SmackDown three months ago, defeating Johnny Gargano in a squash match.

Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins will go one-on-one inside a Steel Cage Match at WWE Night of Champions on June 27 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Oba Femi, meanwhile, will face Jey Uso in the final of the King of the Ring tournament, with the winner getting a world title shot at SummerSlam in August.

Blake Monroe Debuts On WWE SmackDown In England

For weeks, WWE has teased Blake Monroe’s SmackDown debut.

The British wrestler was briefly featured in a backstage segment with Chelsea Green during the May 22 edition. Since then, she has only been seen speaking in vignettes, where she names different female superstars while explaining her goals.

On June 19, she spoke about Giulia in the video, whom she had previously met in Japan. During Tuesday’s taping, Monroe finally made her debut in front of her home crowd, attacking the Japanese superstar in the process.

At the show, Giulia faced Kiana James in a singles match after both wrestlers parted ways after Clash in Italy.

While Giulia picked up the win, she was attacked by the former AEW star, kick-starting her first feud on the main roster.
