Ethan Page Makes History By Setting New Record On WWE NXT
All Ego Ethan Page is currently the longest reigning champion in WWE today. He won the NXT North American Championship in May 2025 and is gunning for Oba Femi’s record.
Femi is the longest-reigning North American Champion in history, as he held the title for 272 days, and Page is extremely close to breaking the record as he sits at 264 days currently.
His reign came in a bit of jeopardy tonight as the champion was booked to face Shiloh Hill in the main event, as he looked to defend his championship against a relative newcomer.

Shiloh made a dominant start to the match and was seemingly in control for large parts of the bout. The Vanity Project, which Page seems to have taken under his wing, came out to his help shortly after the match began.
Hill and Page wrestled all across the ring, but nothing seemed to give. Vanity Project looked to help Ethan Page, and they exposed the concrete on the ringside as they took the protective mat off.
Hill managed to get away from Page at the time, and he got back in control of the match. He seemed to be headed towards the win as he took care of the entirety of the Vanity Project.
