DarkState Find Out Their WWE NXT Tag Team Championship Challengers

The WWE NXT had some exciting matches lined up for tonight’s show, including two number-one contenders’ matches, which would have major implications on the championship picture.

The night saw Joe Hendry attack Ricky Saints in the parking lot, after which Saints challenged him to a match for the title at Vengeance Day, which the champion accepted.

That was followed by a number one contender’s fatal-four-way match for the NXT Tag Team Championship after Robert Stone had made this match official last week.

Vanity Project earns a huge win on WWE NXT

The tag team championship number one contender’s match saw OTM, Hank and Tank, The Vanity Project, and The Culling take each other on, with the winner earning a shot at the title.

A chaotic and explosive match from start to finish, it ended with The Vanity Project standing tall after they received some help from Jackson Drake. He distracted OTM, who were then put through the announce table by Hank and Tank.

Meanwhile, Shawn Spears attacked Drake on the outside, allowing Ricky Smoakes to push Brad Baylor onto Niko Vance to earn a shot at DarkState’s NXT Tag Team Championship.
