Drew McIntyre Segment Announced For WWE Raw
Drew McIntyre will have a big role on the final Raw episode prior to WWE Survivor Series.
The main event of the November 13th episode of Raw was a high-stakes Tag Team Title match between the champions Damian Priest & Finn Balor defending their titles against the former champions, Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso.
At the conclusion of the match, Drew McIntyre appeared at ringside when Jey Uso was outside the ring. When Jey got up, Drew charged and hit a devastating Claymore Kick. The referee was looking at Balor, so he never saw it. McIntyre threw Jey back into the ring and Balor pinned Jey to retain the WWE Tag Team Titles.
After the match, McIntyre walked toward the entrance area where WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley was standing by with her title. She shook hands with McIntyre to signify that some deal was made between them. In the weeks prior to that, Ripley was shown talking to McIntyre ahead of his Crown Jewel match with Seth Rollins, but Drew didn’t want to make a deal with her or The Judgment Day at that time.
On the November 20th edition of Raw, WWE announced that Drew McIntyre will address his actions from one week prior.
Will Drew McIntyre Be In A Match At Survivor Series?
There is currently a WarGames announced for WWE Survivor Series on November 25th with The Judgment Day’s Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh teaming up against Cody Rhodes, WWE World Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Sami Zayn & Jey Uso.
At this point, it appears to be a 4-on-4 match, but the plan is for Drew McIntyre to be on The Judgment Day’s team while a returning Randy Orton is expected to be on the Cody Rhodes team.
What isn’t known is if Drew McIntyre will officially join The Judgment Day or if he’ll be on his own. That’s certainly something that the Scottish Warrior is likely to address when he speaks on the next episode of Raw.
