Darby Allin Comes To Former AEW Champion’s Rescue On Dynamite

The opening match of AEW Dynamite tonight saw Organe Cassidy take on Gabe Kidd in a brutal and hard-hitting match after the two got into an altercation last week.

The match was a tough affair for both wrestlers before Gabe Kidd cheated his way to win. He hid behind the match official before gouging Cassidy’s eyes and following it up with a piledriver.

He got the win over Cassidy with the move, and then immediately after, Clarke Connors began assaulting the former AEW International Champion. Just as Gabe Kidd and Connors attacked him, Darby Allin’s music hit the arena.

The Daredevil came out to the ring and immediately took out Kidd with his skateboard before hitting a sunset flip powerbomb on Connors. He then turned his attention towards Kidd, with whom he has been feuding for the last few weeks.

Gabe Kidd ran towards Allin but was interrupted by Cassidy, who took him out with an Orange Punch. Allin then immediately climbed up the top turnbuckle and jumped on Kidd’s back, skateboard-first, as Allin and Cassidy stood tall.
