Cody Rhodes has a plan for Manchester City star Erling Haaland.

Erling Haaland has proven to be a force to be reckoned with on the Football field. He is a prolific goal scorer for Manchester City and has played a pivotal role in the club’s success.

During the recently concluded FIFA World Cup, Haaland represented his country of Norway. The Norwegian striker delivered impressive performances in every match and became a global sensation. His most impressive performance was against Brazil when he was instrumental in his team’s 2-0 win. Despite being knocked out of the World Cup by England, Haaland won the hearts of millions of people for his skills on the field. Therefore, his abilities have also caught the attention of Cody Rhodes.

Cody Rhodes wants Erling Haaland to play his cousin in WWE

During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Cody Rhodes was asked about athletes and celebrities who had the potential to become WWE stars. He was particularly asked about Haaland, Tom Holland, and Jason Momoa. The American Nightmare teased that Haaland could play his cousin in the WWE.

“(Erling Haaland) A supreme athlete, and with the hair, we could do a cousin thing, cause in wrestling, we’re all, we’re related, so he could be my ‘cuz’,” teased Rhodes.

However, when it came to Tom Holland, Cody called him a treasure, and hence, he will keep him away from the ring.

“That one, I’d say, let’s steer clear. This is why, he’s making all the movies that we enjoy. And my children like his movies, as well, so I don’t, wouldn’t want, we can’t hurt Tom (Holland). He’s a treasure.”

He also suggested that Travis Kelce could form a tag team with his brother, Jason.

“Oh. I mean, but he’s already plugged in naturally. Not only that, because his brother. So they’d have to do a tag-team. The Kelce Brothers, I mean, premium athletes. So you don’t have to worry, tag-team action.

Rhodes further added that he already perceived Jason Momoa as a wrestler.

“Oh, yeah, also in Street Fighter. I feel, I kind of think he’s already a wrestler. Yeah, he’s got a real Bruiser Brody, Andre the Giant, just go town to town, have the match, cerveza after. The energy, Jason’s already a wrestler.” [H/T F4Wonline]
