CM Punk Demands Big Favour For Roman Reigns Help In WWE
CM Punk claims he is owed a favour as he sat down with Roman Reigns as tensions threatened to spill over before WarGames at WWE Survivor Series.
Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Sami Zayn faced a serious problem heading into WarGames as no other WWE star wanted to put the last four years aside and stand with Reigns. Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline, however, had no issues in bringing in Bronson Reed to their side with Reigns’ crew at a serious disadvantage.
And then the Wise Man came around.
Paul Heyman recently returned and re-introduced himself to the WWE Universe after he was viciously taken out by Sikoa’s group earlier in the year.
Heyman noted that 5-on-4 for WarGames just doesn’t work and revealed he had a fifth man for Roman Reigns’ team – CM Punk. Punk made his entrance and the fight was on as Punk, Reigns, The Usos, and Zayn cleared the ring of The Bloodline. CM Punk and Reigns had an electric staredown as Punk pointed to Heyman noting it was thanks to his old advocate that he was there.
CM Punk & Roman Reigns Come Face-To-Face
Now on the 29th of November edition of SmackDown, Roman Reigns and CM Punk have sat down with Heyman to try and keep a lid on their tension heading into Survivor Series. Punk power-played Reigns by turning up late leaving the OTC furious and ready to walk out. When Punk did arrive he told Reigns that he was only there to help Paul Heyman and get a measure of revenge over what happened to him.
Reigns returned fire by telling Punk he didn’t like him and didn’t want to team with him at Survivor Series. In the end, Paul Heyman proved to be the voice of reason as he begged Reigns to accept Punk as part of his team to end the reign of terror of Solo Sikoa. As he left, CM Punk told Heyman that he owed him a favour, when Reigns asked what he thought the favour could be, Heyman seemed sheepish as he urged his Tribal Chief to get through Survivor Series first.
