CM Punk has claimed that he is at the peak of his career. However, the journey to that point wasn’t an easy ride.

During the course of his career, Punk crossed paths with several individuals, but the one man who truly stands out in Punk’s legacy is Paul Heyman. While Heyman elevated Punk, the Second City Saint also elevated the WWE Hall of Famer.

While speaking with WWE Games, Paul Heyman revealed that The Best in the World is his best friend and brought out the best in him.

Would I say CM Punk brought out a different side of Paul Heyman? CM Punk was my best friend in the world, of course CM Punk brought out a different side of Paul Heyman.

I would hope that he would do so, otherwise he shouldn’t be bestowed with the honor of being called the Best in the World.

Paul Heyman revealed he elevated CM Punk

During the same conversation, Paul Heyman claimed that he elevated Punk from the indies to being The Best in the World.
