Chelsea Green Ends Major Streak On WWE SmackDown Thanks To Unexpected Help

The inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion, Chelsea Green, made her in-ring return tonight after being out of action for the last few months due to various issues.

Green had suffered a broken ankle that had rendered her unable to compete for a while. After being cleared from her ankle injury, her return was delayed after she underwent a medical procedure.

She made her return to television a few weeks back and during her entire time out, she had been trying to become friends with the newly crowned Women’s US Champion, Tiffany Stratton.

Chelsea Green picks up major WWE win tonight

Cheslea has been trying to help Stratton at various points in her match but it didn’t seem like the champion was interested in making Cheslea’s accquaintance.

After helping Tiffany retain her title against Lash Legend last week by taking out Nia Jax, she was scheduled to face her in a singles match tonight. Jax and Green took to the ring where it seemed like Green’s losing streak on the blue brand would continue.

Nia had Lash helping her during the match, effectively making it a two on one encounter but Chelsea received some unexpected help from Tiffany Stratton, who took Nia out to help Chelsea win the match. This marked her first win on WWE SmackDown since winning the US title back from Giulia on November 7, 2025.
