Whoever wins the Bryan Danielson-Shingo Takagi will move on to the Semifinals where they will face Pac. At the end of Dynamite in Fairfax, Pac had a staredown with Danielson in a moment that certainly teased the possibility of those who men meeting in the Semifinals.

An interesting factoid about the Danielson-Takagi match is that they have only met once before. That was at a Dragon Gate USA event back in 2010 when Danielson picked up the win over Takagi.

Danielson has yet to win a championship in his three-year AEW career, but he has challenged for a few titles. In his WWE career, Danielson was a five-time WWE World Champion. As for Takagi, he was the IWGP World Champion in 2021 and remains a top star in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
