Brock Lesnar Makes His Presence Felt On WWE Raw

wwe Brock Lesnar F5s Cody Rhodes

Brock Lesnar was out for revenge on Monday Night Raw as took out Cody Rhodes one day after losing to The American Nightmare at Backlash.

At Backlash in Puerto Rico, Lesnar dominated Cody Rhodes for much of the bout but Rhodes survived the F5 before sending Lesnar into the exposed turnbuckle which busted The Beast Incarnate’s head wide open.

Despite the blood loss, Lesnar managed to lock Rhodes into the Kimura but Rhodes managed to use his leverage to roll Lesnar up for the three count and the win. Afterward, the raucous crowd greeted Lesnar with a standing ovation for both his efforts on the night and his stellar WWE career.

On Raw in Jacksonville, Florida, Cody Rhodes was looking to move on from Lesnar as he took part in the tournament to crown a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Rhodes was part of a triple threat match involving The Miz and Finn Balor but once again outside interference stopped the former AEW star from potentially winning WWE gold.

Brock Lesnar attacked Rhodes costing him the match and afterwards made very clear his intentions to take on Rhodes at Night of Champions in “a fight.”

Balor picked up the win in the triple threat match as a result and he went on to face Seth Rollins for the right to fight for the WWE World Heavyweight Title at Night of Champions, you can find out who won that bout here.
