BREAKING: Huge Title Changes Hands On WWE SmackDown After WrestleMania

The opening match of WWE SmackDown after WrestleMania saw Giulia put her Women’s United States Championship on the line against former WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton.

Stratton defeated Jordyyne Grace on last week’s episode of SmackDown to become the number one contender for the title after feuding with Giulia for the last few weeks.

The huge title clash was announced for tonight’s episode on the WrestleMania edition of SmackDown, causing both women to miss the Show of Shows, something which didn’t sit well for Giuala and caused some friction between her and Kiana James.

Tiffany Stratton is a champion on WWE SmackDown once again

They got into a slight argument before the match but things seemed fine between them while the match was going on. Giulia was on the front foot for most of the match with some moments of brilliance from Stratton.

James tried to help Giulia retain the belt as she looked to attack Stratton. Giulia tried to gang up and hit her with a running strike, but Tiffany moved out of the way, leading to Giulia taking out James.

She then followed that up with an Arriverderci Knee to Tiffany but when she went for a Northern Lights Bomb, Tiffy reversed it into an Alabama Slam and followed it up with the Prettiest Moonsault Ever to become the new WWE Womens’ US Champion.
