Blake Monroe To WWE Star: “You Danced With The Devil”
Since joining WWE in June 2025, Blake Monroe has been one of the top attractions on NXT.
While she started as a babyface, she became a heel by turning on Jordynne Grace, who challenged Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women’s Championship at Evolution.
Following her loss to Grace in a hard-hitting Weaponized Steel Cage match at Heatwave, the 27-year-old was featured in the Women’s North American Championship title picture.
At Halloween Havoc, Blake Monroe defeated Zaria, who had subbed in for the then-champion Sol Ruca due to an injury, to become the new NXT Women’s North American Champion.
In December, she faced Thea Hain in a title match, losing the title in a botched finish after failing to kick out during the referee’s three-count.
Since then, she has been involved in a heated feud with Jaida Parker, who returned to the developmental brand in January 2026 after a brief hiatus.
Blake Monroe Beats Jaida Parker At NXT Vengeance Day
Blake Monroe’s feud with Jaida Parker across several weeks culminated in a Street Fight match at Vengeance Day on Saturday.
The fight had no rules, and every piece of equipment was legal to be used, and so they did. Some of the weapons that came into play included kendo sticks, tables, chairs, and even diamonds.
Both women traded offense to keep the other down, but in the closing minutes, it was Monroe’s Glamour Shot onto the diamonds that won it for her.
After the match, The Glamour cut a promo backstage addressing Jaida Parker directly.
