Becky Lynch Makes Surprising Claim About Controversial WWE Royal Rumble Moment

Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch took part in this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match.

The Man entered the match at #9 and went on to eliminate recent rival Maxxine Dupri, who entered at #12.

After eliminating Dupri, she tried to sneakily throw Natalya, who entered as her aggressive alter ego, Nattie, over the top rope. However, the Lowkey Legend countered the move and eliminated Becky instead.

Becky Lynch Claims To Be Nattie’s “One And Only” Fan

Following the controversial moment at the Royal Rumble, Lynch took to Twitter and made a surprising claim, saying that she is Nattie’s “one and only fan,” therefore, she was not attempting to eliminate her.

Becky added that it was a misunderstanding, and that she was only trying to show Nattie someone who was sitting in the front row, not throw her out of the ring.

Becky tweeted, “I WAS NOT TRYING TO ELIMINATE NATTIE!!! I WAS TRYING TO SHOW HER SOMEONE IN THE FRONT ROW!!! HER ONE AND ONLY FAN!!!”

Becky Lynch was embroiled in a rivalry with Maxxine Dupri over the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship for the past few months. Maxxine defeated Becky to win the title on the November 17, 2025, edition of Monday Night Raw after a minor distraction from AJ Lee.

Becky regained the title on the “Raw is Stranger Things” episode on January 5, 2026. She then defended her title against Dupri in a rematch on the January 19, 2026, edition of Monday Night Raw and retained it with the help of Nattie, who distracted Maxxine Dupri.
