AEW Battle Of The Belts IV To Make Next Friday’s Rampage A Two-Hour Show

Battle of the Belts

We have another two-hour AEW Rampage on our hands!

Next Friday, All Elite Wrestling will have their regularly scheduled hour-long Rampage, however, they’ll also give us an extra hour of wrestling. Normally airing on Saturdays, the company will be airing their Battle of the Belts IV immediately after their regular Friday show.

The news was first reported by Dave Meltzer.

Even though it’s technically two different shows, AEW is attempting to make the combination of Rampage and Battle of the Belts IV feel like a two-hour show with a major aura around it. According to the schedule of TNT, Rampage is at its normal time slot of 10:00 PM ET, with their fourth installment of Battle of the Belts right after at 11:00 PM ET.

Battle of the Belts I, II and III have all aired on Saturdays, with the first one being broadcasted live. The second and third editions were recorded the Fridays before their Saturday TV showings.

Battle of the Belts IV will take place in Washington D.C. at the Entertainment and Sports Arena. It will also be the first of multiple Rampage events that will be recorded in October from that week of Dynamite.

From Toronto’s Coca-Cola Coliseum, AEW will be taping their October 14th edition of Rampage on Thursday, October 13th. On the 21st, Rampage will then have a live broadcast in Jacksonville, Florida from Daily’s Place, then on October 28th, the show will be live from Uncasville, Connecticut at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
