AEW Stars Campaigned To Bring Ex-WWE Faction To Company
AEW stars have made their voices heard over a former WWE faction.
AEW recently brought ex-TNA faction The Rascalz into the company, although even that did not come without controversy. Trey Miguel was released just days after he signed, with suggestions that the decision to get rid of Miguel was made by Warner Bros. Discovery and not Tony Khan.
But it seems another faction could have joined up with the company.
AEW Stars Want Gallus
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that, despite Joe and Mark Coffey being set to make their debuts for MLW very soon, many AEW talents had pushed for the company to bring them aboard in late 2025. There was no mention of Wolfgang in regard to that, although he is joining Gallus for their MLW dates.
There is no confirmation that the trio have signed deals with MLW, so it’s still possible that their longer-term wrestling futures lie elsewhere. They are all believed to have their own US visas enabling them to work in the company. The members of Gallus were all released by WWE in May 2025 as part of ongoing roster cuts.
A former WWE star recently explained the truth behind the visa issues that are plaguing TNA and caused major changes to the Genesis pay-per-view.
