AEW has been on fire since the turn of the year and has gotten 2026 off to a bang. They have beefed up their roster in the opening few weeks of the month and added some more names to the list tonight.

They welcomed the return of former United States Champion, Andrade El Idolo, last week after he cleared his contract troubles and also announced the signing of Jake Doyle, who joined the Don Callis Family.

Tonight, the promotion strengthened their ranks even more with the signing of another major stable, which includes a former 3-time WWE champion who has signed with the company.

The Rascalz officially sign with AEW tonight

Former TNA stable, The Rascalz have signed their AEW contracts and were present backstage on tonight’s show as revealed by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com.

The group includes former NXT star Wes Lee, now going by the name Dezmond Xavier, who was one of the longest-reiging North American Champions on the brand, and also held the NXT tag team titles twice with fellow Rascalz partner, Zachary Wentz, formerly known as Nash Carter in WWE.

In addition to the two former WWE superstars, the group also includes Myron Reed and Trey Miguel, both of whom directly jumped ship from TNA to All Elite Wrestling.
