AEW Star Teases Big Gimmick Change At Full Gear

One of AEW’s most unique characters has teased a potential change to his gimmick ahead of a Full Gear match.

Danhausen is an interesting wrestler in AEW that is known for painting his face while talking about how he’s “very nice, very evil” among other things. Prior to signing with AEW, Danhause gained a lot of popularity in the wrestling indies along with social media, Youtube and other outlets.

During his run in AEW that began in January 2022, Danhausen has been associated with the Best Friends group consisting of All-Atlantic Champion, Orange Cassidy, Trent Beretta & Chuck Taylor.

There was a segment on the November 18 edition of Rampage featuring The Best Friends and QT Marshall’s group The Factory setting up a 10-man tag team match that will take place on the Full Gear pre-show called Zero Hour. The match looks like this: Best Friends (Orange Cassidy, Trent Beretta and Chuck Taylor), Rocky Romero and Danhausen vs. The Factory (QT Marshall, Aaron Solo, Lee Johnson, Nick Comoroto and Cole Karter).

During the interview segment on Rampage, a video aired showing that Danhausen was a bit different.

On November 15th, Danhausen tweeted this interesting photo showing perhaps a change to his character.

In another tweet on November 19th, which was after the Full Gear match was made official on Rampage, Danhausen tweeted this while putting #AEWFullGear as a hashtag in this post.

Whether Danhausen will don this unique look at Full Gear is currently unknown, but fans of his will certainly be interested to see what he looks like during the Zero Hour match.
