The main event of AEW Dynamite saw the final title match of the night take place as the AEW World Trios Championships were on the line in an impromptu match.

Two-thirds of the World Trios Champions were involved in singles matches tonight as Kevin Knight challenged MJF for the AEW World Championship while Adam Page faced a local talent on the show.

Following Page’s match, he was addressing his upcoming match with MJF before being attacked by Mark Davis and ProtOkada of the Don Callis Family. Callis then announced that they will be challenging for the Trios Championships in the main event.

New AEW World Trios Champions Crowned on the show tonight.

The match was off to an explosive start as all six participants began a brawl that ensured chaos ensued all around. After the trio’s match was underway, the challengers began to take control of the fight.

The champions came back into the match after a hard-fought affair and looked destined to retain the championships before MJF interfered in the title match.

Page was set to take out Davis with a Buckshot Lariat, with Kevin Knight to follow with a UFO Splash. However, MJF took Page out with a right hand loaded with the Dynamite Diamond Ring. This allowed Davis to regain control of the match.

Kazuchika Okada then hit the Rainmaker on Knight before Mark Davis followed it up with a sit-out piledriver and pinned him to crown themselves as the new AEW World Trios Champions.
