Open Challenge Title Match Added To AEW Double Or Nothing PPV

AEW Double or Nothing is full of championship matches, but the company has announced that there will be at least one more title match on the show.

The AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view takes place tonight, May 28th from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas with six title matches already announced going into this past Friday’s episode of Rampage.

As the current AEW Trios Tag Team Champions, the House of Black trio of Malakai Black, Brody King & Buddy Matthews (with Julia Hart) are not afraid to take on all comers. That’s why they have issued an “Open House Rules Match” against any trio in AEW to take them on for the Trios Tag Team Titles.

While it’s not official, the expected opponents will likely be The Acclaimed’s Max Caster & Anthony Bowens along with “Daddy Ass” Billy Gunn. That trio beat Rush, Dralistico & Preston Vance on Rampage while Bowens had mentioned coming after the titles.

This means the Double or Nothing lineup looks like this:

AEW World Championship: MJF (c) vs. “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry vs. Sammy Guevara vs. Darby Allin

Anarchy in the Arena Match: The Elite – Kenny Omega, Hangman Page, Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson vs. Blackpool Combat Club – Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta

Unsanctioned Match: Chris Jericho vs. Adam Cole

TNT Championship Ladder Match: Wardlow (c) vs. Christian Cage

AEW Women’s Championship: Jamie Hayter (c) vs. Toni Storm

AEW Tag Team Championships: FTR – Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood (c) vs. Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal – Mark Briscoe is the referee

TBS Championship: Jade Cargill (c) vs. Taya Valkyrie

AEW International Championship 21-Man Blackjack Battle Royale: Orange Cassidy defends against 20 opponents

AEW Trios Tag Team Championships: House Of Black open challenge

Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy & Isiah Kassidy vs. Ethan Page, Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn for control of Page’s contract (Pre-Show)
