Adam Cole “Emotional” About Issues With Roderick Strong

Having seemingly prioritized his friendship with MJF in recent weeks, Adam Cole has admitted he wants to talk things out with Roderick Strong.

It’s been a rollercoaster for Adam Cole and MJF since they were drawn as an unlikely pairing together in the Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament. Going on to win the whole thing and then come close to capturing the AEW World Tag Team Championships from FTR, the friendship has now reached new levels as the path continues towards All In.

This has caused some tension between Cole and long-time friend Roderick Strong who recently returned to television, and it would seem Cole is the one who wants to get things worked out.

Strong Not Answering Cole’s Calls

In a discussion with the Under The Ring podcast, Adam Cole admitted it’s been hard for him with Strong not returning his calls, and he just wants the three of them to work everything out.

I know man, god. I’m waiting for him to return my calls, it’s an emotional time. I know he’s frustrated about a lot of things, I wish me, him, and Max could sit down in a room and just talk this thing out.

Adam Cole will challenge his friend MJF for the AEW World Championship at this weekend’s record-breaking All In event at Wembley Stadium. There has been speculation that some of the card could change, and Tony Khan has admitted that is the case – however not for the matches which many expected it would.
