4-Time WWE Champion Explains Heat With CM Punk
A former WWE Champion has explained why they have some very real heat with CM Punk.
CM Punk never has to look far in the world of wrestling to find someone who has a serious problem with him. Roman Reigns told Punk he was picking him as his WrestleMania opponent because, quite simply, he hates him.
Punk’s personality has rubbed people the wrong way over the years, and one of those who doesn’t have a lot of good to say about the current World Heavyweight Champion is WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash.
Nash and Punk have a history in WWE stretching back over a decade, where they were bizarrely involved in a feud that never led to a match. Punk did eviscerate Nash to his face in the famous “LOL I thought he was dead” promo. But that’s not why Nash has a problem with CM Punk.

Speaking on his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash explained his real problem with Punk is that the star chose to walk away from WWE for a decade and leave a huge amount of money on the table as a result:
The one thing CM Punk did that Kevin Nash could never forgive him. People will say, ‘Buried you that promo where you couldn’t cut one back?’ No, dude. I was f*cking glad because he was f*cking over.
Where his heat with me is, he left ten f*cking years of huge money on the floor. That’s my heat. I don’t give a f*ck what you do in f*cking wrestling.
