It is not expected that Brock Lesnar will be defending the WWE Universal Title, but the WWE Title will be on the line because Bray Wyatt is now on Raw. Does it make sense that Smackdown’s WWE Title is defended on a Raw PPV? Not really, but that’s WWE logic. They realize they need a big match, so they’re going with Wyatt/Orton.
