WWE Women’s Tag Title Clash On SmackDown Ends In Absolute Mayhem

WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY have been extremely busy as champions and have already defended their titles multiple times in quick succession.

They defend their titles on tonight’s show for a third time since Saturday Night’s Main Event late last month. They faced Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez at SNME.

They then defended their titles against Giulia and Kiana James on SmackDown before taking on Nia Jax and Lash Legend in the opening match tonight’s show.

All four women take each other out on WWE SmackDown

They interrupted Nia Jax and Lash Legend as the duo looked to attack Tiffany Stratton and that kick started their tag team match for the WWE Women’s Championships.

The two teams have intense dislike for each other and it was evident in the match as the bout was thrown out by the referee after these four women became more focused on destroying each other rather than on winning the titles.

Jax and Legend took their opponents out and Jax looked to dive on Rhea who was set up on a table by Lash. However, IYO saved the day while Rhea moved out of the spot to take on Lash.

Meanwhile, IYO dove through the rope and took Nia with her into the table that was set up earlier. Shortly after that, Lash Legend speared Rhea through the barricade as all four women were left lying on the ground.
