WWE Star Surprisingly Wants To Split Title Belt With Parnter

This WWE Star has a radical idea if he were to win a title belt.

WWE star Kit Wilson went on a singles run after his tag team partner, Elton Price, was injured. The pair were part of a tag team called The Pretty Deadly.

Wilson is now on a singles run, which seems to be going well for him. He plays a comedic character who is on a mission to call out and fix “toxic masculinity” in WWE.

Wilson recently appeared on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, where he gave a hilarious but well-intentioned idea of splitting a title belt with his injured tag team partner if he were ever to win one, by literally cutting the belt in half. The Title he spoke about was the WWE United States Championship.

I would love to win the US Title, and I would love to cut that thing right in half, and I’ll give half to Elton [Prince]. I’ll take half. I’ll proudly wear the half. I’ll come to SmackDown, but the other half in my eyes belongs to Elton. So, I think that’s a venture I’d like to take on.

WWE Star Kit Wilson Gets Injured During His Match With Matt Cardona

Wilson was unfortunately injured in his recent bout with the returning Matt Cardona (FKA Zack Ryder) on the January 2 episode of SmackDown.

In the same interview, he details the broken nose and chipped tooth he got in his match against Cardona.

Yeah. You know, you think being good friends with the very slay Chelsea Green, that maybe there would be some kind of friendship there… Matt Cardona comes out. Fantastic. I’m very excited. Messed my nose up. I don’t know if you can see I got makeup here. This was a mess for two weeks. I had two big boot marks here, which are still faintly there. I’ve chipped my tooth. I went to the dentist.

On the January 16 episode of SmackDown, Wilson attacked Cardona after the latter lost the #1 contender’s match for the WWE Championship to Trick Williams.

The following week on the blue brand, Cardona interrupted Kit Wilson’s interview with Cathy Kelly, as a potential feud builds up between the two.
