WWE Star Je’Von Evans Says He Sees Himself As World Champion In Five Years
In an interview with ESPN SportsCenter, Evans was asked where he sees himself in five years.
The 21-year-old responded with high confidence, saying that he sees a couple of World Title Reigns in that period.
I think I see myself maybe having a couple of small reigns, and honestly, in five years, I think I’m gonna be World Heavyweight Champion, for sure.
When asked about how he comes up with his unique high-risk offense, like his finisher, The OG Cutter, which has gone viral, Evans says he likes to try to do things that have never been seen before or put a new spin on an old move.
I just be standing in the ring, just thinking, ‘What’s something that I can do that nobody has seen before,’ or even if somebody has done a move, I’m trying to work on, ‘How do I make that different?’
I feel like the height that I get on all my moves kinda makes me stand out.
Evans spoke about his positive mindset, saying that he aims to be the best to ever do it in WWE, and that helps him deal with the pressures of the job.
Honestly, I don’t know. It’s a lot of pressure. It’s a lot of things to think about.
I always have a positive mindset. One of my goals is to be the best ever to do it in WWE history, and everything that I’ve gotta go through, all the chips on my shoulders, I feel like there’s a reason they’re on my shoulders.
It’s just great. I’m just blessed to be in the position I’m in right now.
