WWE has seemingly revealed that two stars look set to make their debut in the upcoming Royal Rumble matches.

The Royal Rumble is just around the corner as the stars of WWE look set to pave their road to WrestleMania 40. CM Punk is the favourite to claim victory in the men’s Rumble match while Bayley is the frontrunner to claim victory in the women’s match and perhaps hasten the implosion of Damage CTRL.

WWE has now shared a video on YouTube of Alpha Academy training for the Rumble matches indicating that all four members will be a part of the two matches.

Alpha Academy Stars Set For WWE Royal Rumble Debut

Chad Gable has appeared in the 2022 and 2023 men’s Rumble matches in addition to the Greatest Royal Rumble which took place in Saudi Arabia in 2018. Otis was part of the men’s Rumble matches in 2021, 2022, and 2023 but so far Akira Tozawa and Maxxine Dupri have never been part of the trademark match.

The video seems to indicate therefore that Dupri and Tozawa will be making their debuts in the Royal Rumble. Other than Alpha Academy only six men have declared their intention to be part of the Rumble with Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Gunther, Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, and Shinsuke Nakamura all looking to claim a title shot at WrestleMania 40.

On the women’s side of things only four women – not counting Dupri – have revealed they’ll be part of the match. Becky Lynch, Nia Jax, Bayley, and Bianca Belair all have their sights set on WrestleMania and that leaves plenty of room for surprises at the Royal Rumble.
