WWE Moves Smackdown Group To Raw

WWE Raw Set

A group that was on Smackdown has quietly been moved to Raw after taking part in an interesting backstage segment last week.

On last week’s January 30th edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, there was a segment where Chad Gable & Otis were shown walking backstage. As the camera panned over, the Maximum Male Models group consisting of Maxxine Dupri, Mace (ma.çé) and Mansoor (mån.sôör) were watching them with Maxxine looking she was fixated on Otis.

It has been reported by Fightful Select that the Maximum Male Models group has been moved to Raw from Smackdown.

During their run on Smackdown, they haven’t picked up many victories since they are mostly a comedy group when they are in the ring. On the January 20th episode of Smackdown, they lost to Legado del Fantasma in a short match.

The story from Fightful Select added that the working plan is to do an angle during tonight’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw to solidify the brand switch of the group.

Mace celebrated his 32nd birthday on February 5th while telling fans on Twitter to stop complaining about his job and his gimmick while saying he is happy having fun with his best friend Mansoor.

Prior to his run as Mace, he was known as Dio Maddin and was an announcer on the Raw brand for about two months in 2019 as well.
