WWE Legend Torrie Wilson Makes Personal Revelation: “I Kind Of Hated Men”
WWE legend Torrie Wilson has recently opened up about her personal life.
Torrie Wilson is one of the most well-recognised female WWE superstars in the company’s history. She was a regular star during the company’s Ruthless Aggression Era in the 2000s and knew how to be an attraction and a wrestler in equal parts.
She was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019 owing to her contributions to the company and pro-wrestling in general.
This was also the same year she married Justin Tupper, who is her current husband.
Wilson spoke on DukeLovesRasslin about how she first met Tupper after they were set up to meet by their mutual friend Don Saladino. Wilson initially thought it was regarding business, but later realised it was actually a date.
Oh my gosh, my central nervous system is finally at peace. I I met Justin when I was living in LA and we have a mutual friend. Um Don Saladino, he’s up in New York, told us we should meet… Honestly, I was in such a weird headsp space. I kind of hated men at the time. I was just over it… And I met my husband for tea and about maybe about an hour in I realized this was actually a date. I thought our friend was like setting me up with Justin to talk business.

In the same interview, Wilson added to her previous comments about Tupper, saying that she liked his low-key approach. The fact that Tupper wasn’t trying to impress made it work for her.
My guards were down and he just he is such a respectful person born in the south Carolina. Uh, I immediately I just felt like he was safe and someone I wanted to be around and I someone I knew would kind of protect me from the world that felt so scary and something that I couldn’t trust… He wasn’t trying to be Rico Suave. That’s what worked.
The two have been married since 2019, and our wishes go out to the happy couple.
