WWE Legend’s Lawyers Negotiating With Company Over Royal Rumble Appearance
This WWE star’s lawyers are on her case over her Royal Rumble entry number.
Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch has been complaining about “corruption” in the Stamford-based promotion ever since she lost the IC title to Maxxine Dupri after an interference from arch-rival AJ Lee last year.
Lynch has repeatedly called out referee Jessica Carr, Maxxine Dupri, AJ Lee, and WWE executives, saying that the company-wide corruption led to her unfair loss of the title. Although Lynch won back the Championship on the Netflix anniversary episode of Raw by cheating and holding the ropes to pin Dupri for the win, she still claims her lawyers are working on the case to bring down the corruption and bring justice to her.
Becky Lynch will also be in the Women’s Royal Rumble match on January 31st, for which her lawyers are working to assign her a good entry number, she revealed recently.
Lynch most recently retained her Championship belt against Dupri on Raw when Dupri’s mentor, Natalya, turned on her.
