WWE Releases Interesting Jacob Fatu Footage After He Confronts Roman Reigns
Jacob Fatu confronted Roman Reigns this past Monday on WWE Raw, and things got heated.
Roman Reigns won the 2026 Royal Rumble and went on to defeat CM Punk at WrestleMania 42 to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.
Reigns, who has been making part-time appearances in WWE for the past couple of years, has now decided to work full-time as the holder of one of the company’s top belts.
Reigns came out on the Raw after WrestleMania 42 with his cousins, The Usos, whom he asked to be by his side. Although the successful Bloodline storyline ended a few years ago, a reunion for the faction was teased at the moment. But just then, Jacob Fatu made his way to the ring.
Fatu was feuding with Drew McIntyre ahead of WrestleMania 42, and it culminated in an unsanctioned match at ‘Mania with no rules. Fatu landed the Mighty Moonsault on McIntyre and put him through a table to secure the victory on the night.
On the back of the win, Fatu was thirsty for more, and the Samoan Werewolf came hunting for Reigns’ World Title. He confronted Reigns and said that he wants all the riches and success that come with being World Heavyweight Champion for himself and for his family. Reigns later called him “little cousin” in the promo and set up a match at Backlash, saying that if Fatu wins, he gets what he wants, but if he loses, he will have to acknowledge the OTC.
WWE Star Jacob Fatu Reacts To Roman Reigns’ “Little Cousin” Insult
WWE posted a clip via their official X account showing a disgruntled Fatu following his promo with Reigns.
Fatu seemingly did not like what Reigns had to say to him and could be seen angered by the words.

Fatu made his return to the Stamford-based promotion earlier this year in January to interfere in a Three Stages of Hell match between Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes for the WWE Title. Fatu went after McIntyre because he was under the impression that it was the Scottish Psychopath who had attacked him months prior and left him a bloody mess, although McIntyre had already pleaded innocence.
WWE hasn’t officially revisited this storyline, and it looks like they won’t be doing it anytime soon, with Fatu going after Reigns on Raw, and McIntyre’s future storylines could be revealed on the next episode of SmackDown.
