WWE Considering Huge Opponent For Trick Williams At WrestleMania

Trick Williams is a hot new star, and he could benefit from a good match at WrestleMania 42.

Since his promotion to the main roster from NXT, Trick Williams has gotten over with the fans organically.

The fans chant “whoop that trick” when Williams makes his way to the ring, singing along to his theme music. They are taking a liking to his style and charisma, aside from his in-ring work.

Williams has not yet been locked into a storyline or feud with someone by WWE since his debut on the main roster. His most notable involvement, though, has been in the main event scene, as he qualified and earned his spot to compete in the Elimination Chamber match on Feb 28.

One star he has crossed paths with on two occasions is Sami Zayn.

Zayn, who has also been in the main event scene in pursuit of the WWE Championship, has wrestled Trick Williams at a house show and was also part of the four-way bout to qualify for the WWE title at Saturday Night’s Main Event in January.

According to Bodyslam.net, a match between Williams and Zayn is being discussed heavily internally.

As per the report, WWE inside sources have confirmed that the idea of Williams facing Zayn at the Show of Shows has been brought up, even though nothing is officially confirmed yet.

With WrestleMania 42 less than 46 days away, fans could findout very soon what the final card will look like.
