Breaking: WWE Makes Official Announcement Ahead Of WrestleMania 42
Things are looking up for WWE ahead of WrestleMania 42.
Ahead of the Showcase of the Immortals, scheduled for April 18 & 19, the wrestling conglomerate announced its latest partnership with Front Office Sports, which often collaborates with the NFL and the NWSL.
It was revealed through a press release that their partnership will commence officially at WrestleMania 42, where FOS will cover events behind the scenes. Fans will be able to watch the videos on FOS’s official website as well as its social media accounts.
Front Office Sports’ CEO, Adam White, confirmed the partnership with a statement.
Front Office Sports is the leader in the coverage of the business of sports, and we’re excited to collaborate with the WWE. The sports media landscape is increasingly driven by off-the-field happenings, and this partnership will bring fans closer than ever to their favorite athletes, entertainers and moments in a unique way.
Alex Varga, Co-Head of Revenue at WWE, too, corroborated the deal.
Front Office Sports is known for its innovative approach to storytelling, and we look forward to partnering to produce new and dynamic content that underscores the evolving business of WWE.
WWE Announces Huge Match For WrestleMania 42
The March 16 taping of WWE Raw opened with Seth Rollins addressing his issues with The Vision. However, he was interrupted by Paul Heyman, who brought out Brock Lesnar with him.
Rollins was protected by several of his masked henchmen, some of whom got taken out by Lesnar.
After the two superstars came face-to-face in the ring, the lights went out and out came Oba Femi.
Femi hit his Fall From Grace finisher on a distracted Brock Lesnar before pointing towards the WrestleMania 42 sign with fans chanting his name.
Later in the evening, WWE made their match official for the Show of Shows. The Beast Incarnate, meanwhile, has been advertised for next week’s taping of the red brand in Boston.
