WWE And AEW Legend Paul Wight Shows Off Incredible Physical Transformation
Paul Wight has just shown off his incredible physical transformation.
Paul Wight wrestled for the WWE for several years under the ring name Big Show. He was known for his massive size and weight. At one point in his career, Big Show weighed in at over 500 pounds.
Despite this, Paul Wight was also known for his athleticism. He didn’t let his size slow down what he could do in the ring. Therefore, he was able to get over with the fans. After a long career in the WWE, Paul Wight moved to AEW a few years ago. However, he hasn’t competed in many matches for the promotion due to health issues. Given his age, the former World Champion is now focusing on his health.
Paul Wight recently took to his Instagram account to post a photo showing off his incredible physique. The former WWE star is looking like he is in the best shape of his life. He captioned the post as follows:
“Starting to see real results. Today is better than yesterday. I’m on my way to being a super model! Jokes aside grateful to be able to push myself this hard after 11 surgeries. 💪😎#gym#cardio#diet#beastly”

Paul Wight recalled a heartbreaking story from his childhood
During a recent appearance on the High Performance podcast, Paul Wight described his childhood. He said he got into a lot of fights with the older kids because they picked on him. He recalled wearing mismatched shoes to school because he couldn’t afford new ones. So, he lied and told everybody that he was color blind instead of telling them he was poor.
“It was brutal. You don’t want to stand out for the wrong reasons and I didn’t grow up with a lot of like I got in a lot of fights when I was a kid. A lot of fights. And I wasn’t fighting kids my age. I was fighting older kids and adults. Older kids mainly because they picked on me. I remember going to school with one blue shoe and one green shoe in the wintertime because my feet were growing so big I was blowing my shoes out faster than my parents could buy them. But those were the only two shoes that didn’t have holes in them. So then I told everybody I was color blind. So I didn’t know I’m color blind. Then they made fun of me for being color blind. I wasn’t color blind—I just didn’t want to tell them I was poor.”
Paul Wight has come a long way from those days of being bullied as a kid.
