WWE: 30 Minute Iron Woman Main Event Announced for NXT TakeOver
Since its inception, NXT TakeOver has proven to be more of a success than most people would have thought. This series of WWE Network specials have shown great wrestling matches featuring new names, giving a fresher feel to the WWE product that it’s desperately needed. Coming off of NXT’s triumph in Brooklyn, you knew the WWE had plans to make every event from here on out bigger and better. We began seeing this with the announcement that TakeOver will be brought to London, England in December for its first NXT show outside of the United States. However, there is still one more TakeOver special in between now and December. Keeping the good news coming, Triple H took to Twitter today to make a huge announcement regarding NXT’s seventh TakeOver event in October.

NXT TakeOver 7 will be held at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida on October 7th at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT. It will be exclusively shown on the WWE Network.

I couldn’t be more excited for this match. Both Bayley and Sasha Banks deserve to be in a spot like this after tearing the roof off the Barclay’s Center in August. It’s been a while since I’ve seen an Iron Man match done by the WWE, so this must mean they have a lot of faith in both these competitors, as they should.
